WHY IS FESCO CLOSING

ANSWER: This was a strategic decision by our parent company – The Independent Order of Foresters.

IS FESCO BANKRUPT?

ANSWER: No. FESCO is financially sound.

IS THE IOF (FORESTERS FINANCIAL) IN FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES

ANSWER: No. Foresters (IOF and/or Foresters Financial) is a financial sound company with assets in excess of $17B

IS MY INVESTMENT SAFE?

ANSWER: Yes, your investment is with a specific mutual fund or insurance company. Your money is not held at or by FESCO

WHEN IS THIS HAPPENING?

ANSWER: FESCO will stop servicing customers and accounts on or about October 31, 2018. After this date, existing customers will no longer be able to execute transactions through FESCO.

WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?

ANSWER: Contact your Registered Representative or Investment Advisor as soon as possible and discuss alternatives with him or her.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO ENSURE A SAFE TRANSFER OF MY ACCOUNTS?

ANSWER: After speaking with your Registered Representative or Investment Advisor, FESCO will assist customers with an orderly transition of their accounts to other financial services providers.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOTHING?

ANSWER: If you fail to take any action with regard to closing or moving your account to another financial services provider before FESCO closes on or about October 31, FESCO will be removed as the firm servicing the account and will no longer be able to assist you.

WHAT IF I WANT TO KNOW MY ACCOUNT VALUE?

ANSWER: There are two ways you may determine your account value:
Call your Registered Rep or investment advisor and ask.
Contact your investment company directly.

WHO CAN I CALL IF I HAVE FURTHER QUESTIONS?

ANSWER: Again, please call your Registered Representative or Investment Advisor.

WHAT DO I DO IF I DO NOT HAVE A REGISTERED REPRESENTATIVE OR INVESTMENT ADVISOR?

ANSWER: Call the Foresters Equity home office (800-350-9885) and speak to one of our customer service representatives. Be prepared to provide non-public information (Account numbers, social security number, etc.) in order to verify your identity.
